2017 state fair. Chocolate graham cracker rim and marshmellow in the beer. Black in color.
Tastes like smores! Chocolate and graham crackers. Needs more mallows. Hints of roasted malts. Caramel and cacao. Smooth.
One of the better state fair beers.

Consumed at the Flat Earth Taproom
Look: Jet black, slight tan head, and about right for the style
Smell: The smell is pretty spot on to s'mores. There's a graham cracker scent largely dominating it.
Taste: Wonderful and accurate. graham cracker, chocolate, some smokiness in the finish, one of the better beers Flat Earth has made
Feel: I thought the body was a bit thin for the style
Overall: Some may not like this beer as it is sort of a gimmicky flavor, but I was really impressed by the beer. The description cannot be said to be inaccurate. The beer I believe is Flat Earth's Cygnus X-1 infused with something to make the S'mores flavor. Loved it.
