I tried a half pour of this beer off the tapper at the brewery with my wife and her old colleague whilst in the area for my daughter's WIAC conference finals gymnastics meet at Hamline University. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had nice Belgian notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with crisp Belgian malt base and barley profile. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer!

Mostly biscuit on the nose with some light earthiness and ripe fruit.
Brilliant deep amber under a 2” quickly dissipating head with a slight tan tint and a very fine bead.
Palate: rich malt with some caramel, biscuit and grainy malt flavors over a hint of dried fruit and a suggestion of pineapple.
Medium body and medium high carbonation.
