Poured from a growler at the brewery tour. Deep black color with a minimal head. Smells like sweet oranges with a some toasted malt. Tastes very similar to Grand Marnier orange liquor. Very boozy and dry with lots of syrupy and unsweet orange. Smooth with a slickness to the feel. A real sipper as every part of the alcohol comes out. I know it's infused but the orange just does not blend with the Cygnus. It's like Grand Marnier was just poured into my glass of Cygnus. Maybe that's what they did for this one? Nice attempt at originality, but I can do without this one.

This is an orange infused porter.
Had this on tap.
Color is a dark dark brown, basically black. Slightly tan head.
Aroma: Just like the orange chocolate stout at Town Hall. Smells a lot like an orange and chocolate, just like the name says. It reminds me of the chocolate orange slices you get around the holidays.
Taste: So much similar to Town Halls orange chocolate stout. The only difference is more sweet oranges. If you enjoy those chocolate orange slices, then you will like this beer a lot. The taste is identical. Very unique.
Mouthfeel: Very well carbonated. Full bodied. Leaves an orange malty aftertaste. Very smooth and creamy. Leaves a somewhat dry aftertaste.
Overall, not to bad. Very comparable to Town Hall's stout which made me do some research. I found out that Town Hall's brewer now works for Flat Earth. Maybe he was the brewer of both. To me, these beers were very related. But to me, there was a little more orange in the porter and it wasn't as drinkable.
