Presentation: On tap.
Appearance: Tawny amber with a wispy white lace.
Smell: Rich toffee / caramel aroma and malty all over.
Taste: Medium bodied and lightly crisp with some malt sweetness that has layers of toasted, toffee and caramel flavours. Complex yet vague tastes of chicory, coffee and mild chocolate malt flavours add a greatness to this brew. Ample hop bitterness that does a excellent job to balance and flavour. It gets even better with the drying finish of toasted grain.
Notes: A damn nice brown ale, deep in complexity yet a brew to quaff all night.
