Presentation: On tap.
Appearance: Tarnished copper with a powdery white lace.
Smell: Very aromatic ... fruity like pears, floral hops and sweet malt.
Taste: Chewy mouth feel of sweet malt give this brew its medium body though the hop bitterness struggles to balance yet the hop flavour helps to even things out in the end. A bit of toasted grain in the finish with a good amount of residual sweetness left over.
Notes: Perhaps a bit too sweet ... makes a great brew to enjoy with a meal rather than to drink it alone.
