Presentation: On tap.
Appearance: Clear darkish copper in colour with a bubby ring of lace.
Smell: Nose full of toasted malt with a touch of sweetness.
Taste: Assertive toasted malt/grain with an ample hop bitterness that tags along. More maltiness brings some caramel, grain and toasty flavours into the end.
Notes: Very enjoyable ... this brew does justice to the style. Lots of malt yet still well balanced.
