Presentation: 20oz draft.
Appearance: Dark tawny brown with a thin, creamy, off-white head.
Smell: Malty with butter aromas.
Taste: Crisp with a mild hop flavour, toasted malt notes and a slight butteriness (diacetyl). Hops have a rind-like flavour that are sharpened by the wheat crispiness. Finishes with a caramel and dextrin sweetness.
Notes: Very much resembling sections of the Charles River, this brew tastes and smells nothing like it. Extremely drinkable, suprisingly light, refreshing brew that could easily become my next session beer.
