Presentation: 16oz draft.
Appearance: Semi-hazed gold with a whispy white lace.
Smell: Horsey, tart and citrusy.
Taste: Holy shit! A wit bier in Cambridge! Tart, sour, lemony (lemony!) with a huge hop twang. Lots of malt crispness. Mild spice flavours. Rind-like hop notes and an underlying grassiness.
Notes: This is truly an amazing brew. Refreshing, thirst quenching and complex. Very unique treat for the area, and a must try.
