Presentation: On tap in a pint sized tumbler.
Appearance: Bright Amber hue with a whispy white lace.
Smell: Apple like fruitiness with the smallest hint of buttery diacetyl and light caramel.
Taste: Toasted, almost biscuity, malt presence with a quick in and out fruitiness. Light to medium in body, balancing hop bitterness which seems a bit restrained donning a leafy after taste. Finishes off with faded toasted grain and a ghost like toffee diacetyl flavour.
Notes: A real treat, an ease to drink with a slightly complex flavour and structured well.
