I had this beer on-tap in a half-pint mug at the brewery in Glasgow. They call this an “unfiltered helles”.
Appearance: medium gold with a light haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam.
Smell: sweetish, crackery malt that reminds me of like a Czech pale lager. There’s a light grassy hop quality too that is balanced and quite nice.
Taste: yeasty, crackery, and a little bit sweet, with an earthy and grassy hop profile. It’s quite good.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a good carbonation and a decent creaminess.
Overall: super drinkable and interesting; I could quaff pint after pint of this!

Bottle. BBE end of may next year
Pours copper, hazy, small head. Much darker than the picture
Sweet almost phenolic nose.
Taste is similar, very sweet.
I think this is probably badly oxidised. Will rerate for draught when available, but for now the well in date bottle rating has to suffice

Bright yellow colour with orange tinges in places. The beer is unfiltered and cloudy looking with a centimetre tall, wavy white head that is quite foamy looking and has good retention.
Sweet smelling but slightly subdued with a mild grapefruit and summer fruits aroma along with a touch of citrus and lemon. There is also some earthy lager hops and a touch of bitter.
Quite a bitter tasting beer with a fair amount of grapefruit in the taste and slightly less citrus. Again it is a sweet beer with good balance and a touch of lemon and some bitter hops.
This one was on the light side of medium bodied with a very sticky, sweet taste to it and good levels of carbonation. The finish was a very bitter, grapefruit infused one.
A nice effort with a good summer-like feel to it and a good balance. There was a massive bitter finish to it. There was also a lot of grapefruit in the flavour that I could take or leave but it wasn't a bad tasting beer.
