On tap at the Brew Moon located in the Ward Center.

Poured a deeper reddish / copper color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of roast, caramel, citrus and some dark fruits. Tastes of roast, caramel, citrus, dark fruits and some chocolate. Light to medium alcohol in the finish.

Its odd sitting outside in 80 degree weather in November drinking a Barleywine!

To EyeChartBrew:

I think the brewer may have heeded your suggestion. The Sirius Bender (gotta love the name!) is, as of Feb 2006, a well-balanced brew. If anything, it is balanced slightly towards hops in the latest iteration. Not too sweet by any stretch. My only complaint would be that it could benefit from a little more mouthfeel. All in all, pretty darn tasty and very quaffable. Perhaps you have spent too much time hopping yourself to the gills with all those Double IPA’s at Liar’s Club and O’Brien's. Just Kidding! If you get back to Honolulu, give it another whirl.
