Poured a short, foamy, oatmeal colored head. Transparent amber colored beer shows a bit of life. Hints of beef jerky and pork in the nose along with a nice caramel malt base. Not a whole lot of malt in the flavor, but a little bit of caramel and toast give the barbecue pork something to sit on. Moderately light body with a watery mouthfeel that could use a little more carbonation.
