On draft at Tin Mill in Hermann. Poured a clear, amber color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left minimal lacing on the glass. It smelled of roasted malt, toffee, caramel and grasses. Sweet caramel and toffee taste with a nice roasted backbone. Mild bitterness.
