Classic golden sour color on the pour, not much for head retention at all. Did manage to get some little bits of barrel funk chunks on the last pour that floated on top along with the strange (stagnant water like) film across the top. But I digress, these things are expected with an oak barrel aged brew, expect FUNK! Flavor is poignantly sour with hints of that brett age. Finishing flavors come packed with oakiness and basement goodness. For people who try this expecting a clean, clear and crisp filtered sour, not quite it. Good stuff tho.
