Had this on tap at Vices & Versa while on vacation in Montreal with fellow beer drinker JLindros.
A - Poured into a standard pint glass a slightly hazy straw hue with a thin one finger head that fades to leave sticky lacing and a good blanket.
S - Aromas of bananas, cloves, light malt sweetness.
T - Taste is loads of bananas and clove, faint doughy, light Belgian esters. Faint wheat.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp and clean, really drinkable.
O - Overall this beer was nice, really pleasant banana notes with nice clove. Quite enjoyable.

Bottle from Brou Ha Ha. Passable hefe, with large bubbly white head. Bannana aromas, sweetish malt. Above average mouthfeel, with stronger than average carbonation. Good drinkability, some bannana and citrus, slight bitterness. Could be bolder flavours.

341 ml served in a chilled glass
Appearance - beer pours a cloudy straw colour with a nice white fluffy head. The head is about one finger and seems to be sticking around. The beer has minimal carbonation levels.
Smell - very simple smell, i can smell cloves right off the start followed by some fruits, a sweet fruit. As the beer warmed, i could pick up hints of banana. There is not much else that adds to this smell.
Taste - This is where you can really taste the banana and cloves. The added taste of spice, cinnamon possibly, really goes well with the banana taste. There is not much aftertaste to this beer, very straight fwd.
Mouthfeel - nice amount of carbonation levels bring the cloves and spices to the front. Good tasting beer with a little aftertaste, although not much more than in the tasting. The beer is more velvety in the mouthfeel.
Drinkability - Nice beer that offers an ok taste. Nothing that will blow you away, but nothing that will leave you shaking your head.

On tap at Mondial beer festival. Poured into a Unibroue tulip by the brewer himself (used to be a brewer at Unibroue!). Lovely taste of banana, clove and a bit of funk. Belgian in style, slightly spicy, summery and even saison-ish. Looks like a witbier, very tasty.

A- An opaque beige/brown just like homestyle apple juice. Without the yeast it's still almost opaque but more of a hazy golden yellow. Incredibly creamy, surprisingly white head
S- Belgian yeast with cloves apricot and cinnamon. This was shared and thus poured into two wine glasses. My glass got the second pour including the yeast, and I noticed the smell was a lot less vivid. I would of thought it'd be the contrary.
T- Apple, skin and all. The bitterness really tastes like the one you get from a red apple's skin. A bit sour.
M- Adequate medium carbonation. Light without being watery.
D- Great. Mine was out of the fridge for a while but offered great refreshment. Definitely sessionable.
I'd suggest this to anyone who likes weizens types.

Bottle: Poured a murky white/yellow color weizen with a large frothy white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light banana and cloves is pleasant. Taste is light banana and bubble gum notes with some nice wheat malt presence. Body is very hazy with good carbonation. Not badly done though lacking some ester to be even more enjoyable.

Tasted on August 30, 2009.
A: Brown looking beer. Very hazy. No head at all... :(
S: wheat. fruity and slightly sugary (from the yeast I would guess). The fruit is maybe passion fruit but I'm not sure. It is a very nice smell.
T: Again, fruity... I get mainly fruits... and nothing else.
M: Thin bodied. Carbonation is present in the mouth.
D: Quite easy to drink. A very refreshing beer for those hot humid days.

Poured from a 341ml. bottle.
Appearance: Pours a straw colored body with lots of effervescent, tiny bubbles racing up to meet a large, billowy and foamy head that clings to the glass and looks like fluffy clouds.
Smell: Bubblegum, banana, strong yeast and some citrus.
Taste: Banana bread a bit with a good citrus feel and ends with a slight twinge of bitterness (hops?).
Mouthfeel: Starts with a burst of carbonation and zest but quickly fades to leave a bit of a thin body. Weak point of this beer, IMO.
Drinkability: Refreshing with a good amount of taste. Makes a good summer quencher. I had no troubles finishing it as it was gone before i knew it.
Overall: An average albeit good offering. Suffers from a very average mouthfeel but overal satisfying andl i would definitely seek it out again.
