Bottle: Poured a light blonde color ale with a large enough foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of light grainy cereal notes is not the most interesting. Taste is also dominated by bland cereal notes with light unrefined grainy notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Bland and easily forgettable beer.

A:
Pours a cream soda-colored clear brownish yellow (sorry but that is the best I can do) with a really active creamy white head. Really aggressive champagne-like carbonation. Great retention; nice, gloppy lacing.
S:
A spicy potpourri of hops and clove. There is a little bit of a malty, doughy backbone.
T:
Caught me off guard. Not nearly as hoppy as it smells. A little floral sweetness and some hops and some biscuity malt. Hoppier towards the finish. Interesting.
M:
Really prickly carbonation (could benefit from being toned down) and medium body. Somewhat lingering aftertaste.
O:
Interesting beer. I definitely can't say that I liked it, but by the same token I didn't not like it. Beautiful looking. Intriguing smell (smells really Belgian). Tastes okay, but is kind of boring(?) Feel horrible saying it, but it kinda didn't grab me taste-wise. All-in-all, it could have been worse. Didn't make my knees weak, but was refreshing, drinkable, and enjoyable for the most part.
Might get again.
Worth trying if you randomly have the chance.

Thanks to hoppypocket for this one.
Poured from a 500ml. bottle, bottled Dec. 2011.
Appearance: Most of the glass fills with foam that is insistent and always present throughout most of the session. Body is a light brass to dark yellow and cloudy.
Smell: Ripe mango & melon right out of the gate followed by a floral presence like petals.
Taste: Bananas, rose water, lemon zest, flower petals, mint leaves, mild spices, plush fruit and some yeast.
Mouthfeel: Breezy, good carbonation and light yet satisfying.
Overall: It's all in the details. Subtlety is the key here. Very enjoyable.
