330ml bottle from Brewers Haven. Dark brown pour, small bubbly head. Aroma is roasty with some fruity, sweet notes. Taste delivers light blueberry notes, roasty malts, burnt toast flavors. Dry finish. Subtle, but deep

 

 

Surprising and interesting stout - cola-ish dark brown body shows light along the edge of the glass, definitely not as dark as I was expecting. Khaki head fizzles quickly away. Blueberry on the nose, not quite like a fruit beer but definitely not too stout-like either - no real roast character or coffee-like malt presence. Light chocolate/cocoa character, with more blueberry on the palate. An interesting brew, definitely unique and tasty, not cloying either (which was my main concern).

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 10%. Imperial Blueberry Sweet Stout. Black colour, small tan head. Aroma of blueberries and roast malts, hints of liquorice and chocolate. Sweet flavour of roast malts, blueberries, chocolate, liquorice and coffee, medium bitter finish. Warming mouthfeel.

 

 

sweet and very smooth stout, that finds to impress with its velvety body and foam. black and deep brown are the colors. blueberry and chocolate flavors harmonize nicely. This is a good one if you are in the mood for a dessert stout. not artificial and not too sweet
