330 ml bottle, from the brewery. ABV is 7.4%. Cloudy straw colour, small white head. Herbal and earthy aroma with notes of "kveik" yeast, some grain too. The flavour is first citric, then darker earthy notes take over, ending in a medium bitter finish.

Poured from an undated bottle into the test glass
A - Hazy honey color, very petite carbonation, a lasting ring clings to the glass
S - Earthy, malts forward, with a very interesting floral element
T - Honey comb, light roast malts, warm sourdough bread spread with apricot marmalade.
M- Medium to thick on the palate, a quick bitter wave runs through, the finish is surprisingly fruity.
O - A very good farmhouse ale, with a simple ingredient list the offering is quite complex
