From teh 0.33 liter bottle in a snifter. This unique little quad
pours a murky brown with a nice head of off white foam that subsides to
a thick ring, thin faint layer, and sports subtle lacing. Nose of wine cask,
oak, dark fruits, and faint candy sugars. Flavors lightly surpass the
nose with brown sugars, dark fruit notes of black and raspberry,
vinous grape notes, and subtle tart cherry. Nice mouth feel; medium
body, faint carbonation, smooth, and finishing with a moderately
dry touch.
Overall, a very nice little brew.
Cheers
