HaandBryggeriet What's Up Dok? (a collab with DOK Brewing). Sample from can at HaandBryggeriet tasting, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 10.8%. Pitch black colour, small tan head. Aroma and flavour of roast malts and chocolate, hints of cherries and raspberries. Very sweet flavour, too sweet for me, really - even if this is a sipping beer and not a refreshment beer. Hints of liquorice. The flavour is also fairly alcoholic.

A great stout from the fine gents in Drammen, half an hour outside the capitol. This one sure has an elegant twist to it, being bold enough for it's cathegory, but also with exciting nuances from the fruity notes.
