Bottle: Poured a hazy golden color weizen with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light banana ester with some sugary wheat malt notes. Taste is also a mix of light banana ester with some good notes of bubblegum wheat malt. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Not bad though not up to par with some of the best German example.

500 ml bottle, bought at Maxi Stormarked, Sandnes. Batch 151. ABV is 4.5%. Cloudy yellow colour, big to moderate white head. Nice and strong yeasty aroma with spicy and herbal notes, hints of citrus. Spritzy mouthfeel, high level of carbonation. The flavour is also spicy, even peppery, but the yeast is a bit too dominant. Still a beer I’ll most likely buy again.

A - golden and hazy. Head with large bubbles, absolutely no retention and it disappears after few seconds. Doesn't look very appetizing.
S - citrus fruits, coriander
T - spices and citrus flavors dominate - too much of them for my taste. Especially the citrus is too forward and the beer is slightly too tart because of it. very dry all the way through.
M - very high carbonation, a bit too high for me. Body is fairly light and suits the beer nicely.
O - Don't know if something went wrong with this batch or bottle? I couldn't detect any off-flavors per say - it just was lacking in balance and especially appearance.
