Copenhagen 2/2 2021. 33 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Drawing of a demented bunny on the yellow can. Apparently riding a bike. Not much bunny hopping in that.
Pours opaque hazy, pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a light sweet malty and fruity odor mingling with a stronger citric scent. Sweet peach and honey melon. Sharp citrus and grapefruit.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and bitter. Finish is dry.
A bit thin and subtle but refreshing.

5 litre mini-cask from brewery, unfiltered. Pours gold, with thin head. Taste is citrus hop. Quite a depth to the flavour. A well balanced beer. Watery body as you would expect from a 3.5%.
