I have called k:rlek a poor man's Zombie Dust, and this may be a poor man's k:rlek. Still, very, very nice APA, bordering on IPA hops expressions on both nose and palate, while being perhaps the best beer this brewery has yet crafted. UPDATING REVIEW WITH FULL PINT AND TIME:
A: light amber with a stellar, finger thick creamy white head of amazing retention and thick curtains like lacing.
S: Mainly citrus, some peach. Solid if a but one dimensional
T: similar. A touch more watery than I recall, but a hint of cereal grains before a lemon rind dry finish.
M: moderate carbonation and fairly thin.
O: a very good, if not legendary offering. Perhaps the best I have had from this mediocre brewer/solid bar.
