First glass out of a fresh keg...
Pours a pretty clear brass color with a big, fluffy white cap. The aroma is super fruity but not sticky sweet. Lots of guava, orange, pineapple and grass. The flavor is a simple, flat, earthy bitterness. It is fairly soft-feeling and makes you want to have another. Honestly, this is the best use of Idaho 7 I've tried. Granted , I haven't tried tons, but I have had ones from bigger operations than St-Bock. Really showcases both facets of the hop and makes for a good "complete" beer. Very tasty.
