On-Tap (Hivernale): Poured a deep brown/black color porter with a medium size foamy head. Aroma consists of butterscotch and roasted malt with some very light smoked notes. Taste is also a mix between some butterscotch notes and some roasted malt with some light smoked notes. Body is about average with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Overall, this is a bit bland with the bacon/smoked malt notes a lot more subdued then I would have expected.
