On tap.
A: Served a nice dark copper color with a small head thaat fades to bits of lacing.
S: Aroma roasted malt, some carmel and nuts with a hint of citrus.
T: Taste of Roasted malt, some caramel sweetness, with nuts and trace of grain.
F: Nice bitterness and a clean finish. Moderate body, smooth with a decent balance.
O: Nice beer for the style and goes down easy.

Good-looking sarsparilla colour, looks like it should be cloudy but isn't, slight carbonation through the beer, head is disappointingly thin and sinky.
Very nice nose, creamy and a little bit spicy. Smells like icecream with cinnamon mixed in, very pleasant. Not all that beer-y, but good.
Taste is also quite nice, with a smooth, creamy character and feel. A bit of a dusty bitterness permeates gradually through the palate, but there's a nice understated spice to it. Maybe could use a bit more of a dominant flavour, at the moment it's more of a maelstrom of subtle, understated flavours.
Nice, but could be brilliant.
