This is one of Zierholz's best beers.
Pours a cloudy, red-amber colour with a fluffy, tan head. Decent head retention.
Aromas of grain, banana and peach are dominant. I feel it could be a little bit more complex.
The flavour is amazing. Banana, peach, bubblegum, a hint of clove are all through this. Well balanced with the slightly sweet malt backbone adding depth to this beer.
A medium body and just above average carbonation work well to help deliver the great flavours in this beer.
This is really easy to drink with lots of flavour. It is never cloying nor overbearing and is simply a wonderful drop.
