A cloudy yellow color with a thin white head and lace. Nice, light and crispy citrus wheat, even apple aroma. Taste is clean apple bread with very fine carbonation. Very clean and light and drinkable. Maybe a little too whimpy in mouthfeel but not bad. If you like most Hefe's this is worth a try and will do the trick. Solid refreshment and goes great with the decent selection of food available at the Half Moon in Kokomo.
