Had on tap at the brewery. Review from notes.
A- Pours a hazy golden yellow color. One finger white head that stays for a short while. Light lacing on the sides of the glass. Most lacing slides back into the beer glass.
S- Aroma was what I thought it would be. Somewhat muted which oddly I expected from the brewery. Wheat tones to this all over the aroma. Light creamy smell as well almost half and half. Honey like sweetness somewhere in the backing of the aroma.
T- This beer tasted just like I thought. Big wheat upfront with some light creamy flavor toward the middle. Honey sweetness in the back that collides and blends with the wheat flavor.
M- Medium mouthfeel. Carbonation is good for the style I would say. Creamy feel in the mouth. Wheat flavor left on the palate with some honey aftertones in the aftertaste. Left a weird slick feeling on the palate with each sip.
D- This beer was a one and done. It is a interesting concept for a beer but I think this needs to be reworked a little bit more.
