a: This was a murky coppery amber color. It was served to me with a thin off-white film.
s: Mild overall, I got some raisin, candied sugar, and a little flowery bitterness. Not a lot in the way of yeastiness.
t: Mirrors the smell for the most part. The sweetness is milder than a lot Belgian style beers I've tried. I tasted raisins and a little apple.
m: THis desn't taste like a "big" beer but it does feel loke one. Viscous and gently carbonated.
d: Really good stuff from Union Barrel, I'll be back for more.
