On cask @ Churchill's for "Night of the Yeti" during SDBW. Reviewed from notes.
A: Pours black with lingering mocha head which leaves semi-rings and spots of lace.
N: Faint roast and dark chocolate. Not much here.
T: Roasty, grainy, earthy dark chocolate, faint fruity/floral notes.
M: Full body and moderate carbonation. Finishes with smooth mellow chocolate and roast.
O: Rare cocoa nibs from Belize make this variant on cask extra epic.
