Appearance: an almost milky yellowish orange color. Completely hazy and opaque. A finger and a half of a white foamy head that fades fairly quickly and leaves nothing behind.
Smell: fairly light belgian yeast and a strong pilsner base. Some lemon but no tartness. Light sweetness. Almost no spice contrary to how they describe it.
Taste: opens up with some pilsner base. Some light belgian yeast, some lemon. Almost grassy like and a little watery
Mouthfeel: slightly dry but a bit watery.
Overall: a fairly low level saison and no spices to be find. A little disappointed for this to be one of the only pub exclusives.
