Pale golden color with some haze and a large head that dissipates quickly. Tastes of lightly toasted grains, rice, and some floral notes. Very crisp, refreshing, and easy to drink beer.

Cloudy with beautiful long lasting head and lacing. Aroma of rice, peanuts, light caramel. Palate of roasty rice, peanuts into more sweet light toffee. Long nutty finish. Creamy yet quite light. Subtle, balanced, simple and easy drinking. 88/100.

L: Hazy light straw gold color with a creamy head that dissipates really quickly, very little lacing on the glass.

S: Toasted grain and rice, a slight floral hop note in the background. Some sweet cereal malt in the background.

T: Toasted grain and rice, a slight floral hop note, some sweet malt sneaks in, there is a slightly harsh grainy bitterness in the finish.

F: Light crisp and easy drinking.

O: Nothing special but a nice easy drinking summer beer.

Tried on tap at Tajima Ramen House in San Diego. Poured ver light golden yellow with high carbonation. Smells of light citrus and mild hops. Taste was very crisp and smooth with a slight bitteryou happiness that lingers in the back of your mouth. The more you drink the more you get hints of bready malt. Overall a good lighter beer that compares to Japanese fixtures like Asahi or Sapporo. Great for summer and goes well with foods like ramen or sushi.

One of the lightest straw yellow colors you'll ever come across, this was seriously close to Nottenroth it was of such little malt impact in the appearance. Still made over an inch of head though, which is actually impressive.

Aroma was lemon and noble hops.

Taste was refreshing, super light tartness and lemony vibe. Sorachi ace seems to be involved.
