Fully expecting to be disappointed by this one after I tried the hazelnut mocha. We will see..

Pours dark with tan head yada yada just like all of them.

Smells sweet don’t believe I would ever say - pecan or maple in a blind sniff test. Although definitely some kind of nutty sweetness.
Full bodied, malt forward, little nutty, toasty, warming, bit of a sticky finish, bordering on cloying.

Not bad - much better than hazelnut mocha. Maybe a tad sweet for me but decent, still doubt I would ever choose this over the OG..

Part of the Yeti Variety Pack. 12oz can

Pours a dark, totally opaque black color. A half finger head on the initial pour.

Aromas of sweet maple.

A delicious brew with a distinct sweet maple syrup flavor mixed with coffee, chocolate with a nutty, bitter aftertaste. The ABV is well hidden behind the sweetness of the beer.

Medium to heavier creamy consistency. Small bubble carbonation.

Overall another winner from Great Divide. The multiple variants of Yeti from the variety pack have all been well done….cheers!

Yeti morphs again into more delicious varieties. This one is pretty darn good too. Not too overpowering. Maintains the base yeti. Which is crucial if you ask me. It's yeti, with extras. Definitely try it

Another dark horse here:
With an aggressive pour, this black beauty come at you with a nice thick, fluffy, airy, off white head that could please any Marine.
lacing is good.
The aroma starts off strong, bitter with cocoa nibs, light maple syrup and a faint smell of Canadian Maple Syrup Cartel burnt rubber.
Mildly bitter, brown sugar and light butter, I do think of pancakes when drinking this.
The mouthfeel is medium-to-light, mild carbonation and just envelopes your tongue with great flavor.
Overall, not bad, fun to drink and a joy to taste.

Poured into a snifter - dark brown pour with two fingers length of foam risen to the surface.
Getting aromas of malts, chocolate, pecans, toffee, caramel. Slight maple in there as well.
Taste is actually really good. Getting chocolate, maple candy, vanilla, malts, toffee. I liked this one because it has a sweetness to it but it's not overbearing.
Feel is medium bodied, almost chewy/ thick bodied. Not to carbonated, dry finish. Slightly thinner than what I usually like but it doesn't take away from this beer. Abv is very well hidden.
Overall I was worried about trying this since I read the reviews and they weren't the best but I'm very glad I had this one. I feel this one comes down to each persons palate and what they like in stouts. This is definitely worth trying if your a stout guy.

Pours very dark chocolate brown with a modest head. Aroma is roasted malt, nuts and with the briefest hint of maple. Taste is moderate and smooth, with an emphasis on nutty flavors. Maple is hinted at but doesn't take much of a role here. Both sweetness, bitterness and ABV are all quite controlled, perhaps a bit too much, as the brew would benefit from just a touch more character. Still and all, enjoyable.

Not the darkest Yeti variant but still fully opaque in the glass with a cap of off-khaki bubbles. Roasty notes of nutty espresso great the nose, lots of roasted malt character, mild sweetness. The maple is there in the background but never really screams maple syrup, but its a nice characteristic off-setting the roasty notes and pecan nuttiness. Full-bodied, smooth, fairly dry and somewhat bitter on the mouthfeel.

1 pt 3.2fl oz can, 01/21/21 poured into a tulip glass. Pitch black, with a half finger head that moves immediately to a thin lace. Aroma is RIS , dark chocolate, anise, and a slight nuttiness. The taste is very similar, slight roast and coffee notes (maybe the pecan?) with some back end sweetness. The feel is medium, low carbonation, gets a little sticky when it warms. A solid Yeti variant, though it gets overly sweet as it warms.

19.2oz can poured into a snifter

A- pours jet black in color with a foamy one-finger khaki colored head that has great retention

S- plenty of toasted malt on the nose with some smoky charred notes that you expect from the base beer. Light but noticeable notes of maple and some nutty undertones. Hints of caramel and licorice

T- chocolate and roast up front gives notes of burnt bread, char and a hint of coffee. Mid-palate gives a general sweetness, but not necessarily maple flavor. Hints of caramel, figs and licorice. The finish gives ore roast with a sweet chocolaty linger

M- medium body with low carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that turns slightly creamy into the finish

O- a solid variant, but not my favorite. It seems that all of the Yeti variants that feature sweet adjuncts seem to clash with the bold roasty notes of the base beer

Very dark black coffee color with ruby highlights and a moderate tan head that retains well and produces some nice lacing.
The aroma is toasted malt, pecans, maple and licorice??
The taste is toasted malt, maple syrup and toasted pecans with hints of coffee and dark chocolate with a slightly dry finish and lingering taste of pecan.
The body is full but very smooth, nice for sipping.
Altogether this is a very impressive effort, different but in an interesting way.

19.2 oz. Can
Canned On: JAN 20 2021

Poured into a Tree House glass a very nice dark brown/black color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy one-finger plus tan head, which also leaves a pretty nice medium-size island, and some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is pretty nice, malty, hoppy, with a pretty nice touch of chocolate/toffee, pecans, maple syrup, licorice. The taste is very nice, malty, hoppy, very nice touch of chocolate, toffee, pecans, maple syrup, licorice. Medium Body, ABV is hidden very nicely, this is a very tasty beer. Overall, a very nice sipper.
