"Cold IPA” is our second Experimental IPA release in our HOPPY 12-PACK! We brewed Cold IPA in time for summer 2022 to provide a crisp, refreshing drink with lots of character. This beer was brewed with flaked rice, flaked corn, HBC 586 hops, Strata hops, and Kolsch Yeast. While very hoppy, Cold IPA will not leave you feeling too full. You’re likely to reach for another!

11/15/22 From 12 pack Hoppy Variety pack from Washington Beer.
Enjoyed at home on a sloppy, wet, and cold wintery day by the fire.
The nose is juicy and sweet, but not overly citrus with a slight sour pineapple aroma.
The first thing you noticed in the mouth is the smooth mouth feel! Very soft and only a slight hop bite on the end. The flavors are sweet orange juice, saline, sour mango and a slight dankness. Overall, it's a bit different, but quite enjoyable.
