We teamed up with our old friends from Ska Brewing on this "crazy" Italian PIlsner lightly dry-hopped with Saphir and Hallertau Blanc. This crispy and crushable pilsner celebrates the BOLD and 'checkered" history of two breweries approaching 30 years of craft beer artistry.

Clear, golden body; fair carbonation; decent head, white, frothy, small patches and partial circles of foam encircle the glass. Initial wet herbal scent that flowered into a more woody herbal scent; thyme; grass-like; light cracker as the beer warms up. Balanced taste; light malt backbone with a soothing hop bitterness flavor; slightly peppery; herbal. Medium mouthfeel; crisp with a mild dry bite.
A great little pilsner, crisp and crackery with a fine hop bitterness profile.
Pouring temperature: 45 °F; canning info: 6/22/23
