For Hoppy Experimental #12, we created an American White IPA at 6.5%. The wheat and munich malt add softness while the traditional combination of C hops with simcoe mosaic and a sprinkle of El dorado, give the beer a fruity nose and woodsy taste.

12oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of orange peel, wheat, pine and grapefruit. Sweet caramel and wheat taste with citrus, grapefruit and yeast.
