Tasted On: 09-20-2012
Freshness: Unknown
Packaging: Draft
Glassware: Cervoise glass
Purchased: On tap at Great Divide taproom
Color is a clear, light copper color, a bit more pale than many Oktoberfests. Shows very good lacing and an OK amount of retention. Aromas are fairly tame - clean lager maltiness but not much else.
Taste is pretty well balanced between light hop bitterness and a light caramel malt sweetness. The finish features low to moderate bitterness levels.
Overall a decent lager, but seemed to be lacking in flavor and character.
