Poured into American pint glass from tap at Last Drop Bottle Shop.
L: Sits in glass like a foggy sunset. Warm peach in color. Fantastic head.
S: Smells of peachy citrus. Slight hint of fresh tangerine.
T: First rush of flavor is a juicy tangerine. The tangerine flavor really builds mid way through. Some mango. Almost some sort of hay taste, but subtle. The finish moves to almost grapefruit as some bitterness wakes up from the warmth, and at the tail end is some malt character.
F: It definitely feels like a cloud of citrus in your mouth. Not heavy by any means. I could drink a few of these.
O: A really great "juicy/hazy" IPA from Skookum. Worth a pint if you see it available. It'd probably pair well with Indian cuisine, curry, lamb, lentils, spicy foods.
