An experimental IPA brewed with obsidian barley from our friends at Skagit Valley Malting! The malt lends a nice biscuit/grape nut cereal quality and the Denali, mosaic and cascade hop combo lends aromas and flavors of orange marmalade, pineapple and papaya.
