Ah, yes, the metaphorical fire. It's a hazy bew with plenty of foam in the Kasteel chalice. Brewer says this is made with wheat and spelt plus Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Amarillo hops. Lush mouthfeel followed by the usual New England acidity.
Big aroma of plum and grain with some tangerine. Flavors are tart peach and mango, with a dose of fruit cocktail. Actually quite nice, if a little sharp in the finish. Modest bitterness in the aftertaste. From the 16 oz can purchased at Whidbey Beer Works. Dated 04/08/21 on the bottom.
