Version 3.0
A - Pours a bright, clear amber orange with light yellow outlines. One finger, bright white head with sticky lacing
S - Incredible, incredible nose on this. Lots of tropical fruit with pineapple and tangerine. The 100% Citra hops really shine. WOW!
T - Slightly peppery with a back palate of coriander. The balance of juicy hops complement the bite from the late addition spices. Grapefruit zest on the back that adds a pleasant tartness. Very well balanced and easy drinking.
M - Thin as expected with a great drying aftertaste as expected from a French saison yeast.
O - A very refreshing, tasty beer. The Citra is the all-star in the nose but doesn't overwhelm the nuances of the spices and yeast profiles. The 3711 yeast used really brings this beer together as a balance between the blast of fruit, citra and peppery zing. Fantastic beer, one of their best.

Served in tulip. Poured an orangey-yellow color with just a thin cap of off-white head that had low retention and lacing. The aroma was a very nice blend of grain, spicyness and yeast.
On the tongue there was the same blend of grain, spice and yeast, just more focused and developed. There was also a certain earthiness and the beer had a very clean finish.
The beer nice and light, although it did have a bit of a stickiness. Drinkability was very good indeed, You could easily while away a rainy afternoon with several of these and enjoy the every drop.
Overall, a fairly decent beer that's worth seeking out if you're in the area.
