Clear amber brew with a thin layer of foam in the tall Timmermans goblet. Both malty and lively on the tongue with a medium body. Pleasant spritzy mouthfeel. Aromas of roasted grain. Starts with caramel flavor and a touch of green herbs. Just slightly hoppy and the aftertaste is grainy with a touch of astringency. The modest malty sweetness is in partnership with the resiny flavors. Overall this is an interesting Oktoberfest sort of brew with a winey and warm taste. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 08/27/23 in the upper right corner of the label.
