Yields a slightly clouded amber color with a big, spongy white head.
Smells of flowery and grassy hops, highlighted by mellow earth and spicy toffee.
Drinks unforseen smooth despite its light body, with a vivid, yet present carbonation and a well working balance.
Tastes of dried hay, wood chips and lighter lime zest among subtle honey and sweet caramel. Has an effervescent, yet uneventful middle part, which gets defined by its mineralic carbonation and nothing else to speak of. Finishes soft and smooth with a faint, flowery dryness among white bread dough.
In the end, this one is just too light and foreseeable to be able to convince my palate.
