Purchased at Frankenbier Connection
Appearance: Far on the yellow side for a Hefe. Very cloudy, but deep inside I can see what looks like when you drop food coloring in water, just slightly darker than the beer itself. Very very carbonated. Had to wait a few minutes to pour the whole beer in the glass.
S: Nothing to out of the ordinary for a Hefeweizen.
T: Slightly thick and creamy. Sweet, orange, Yeast (naturally). Very smooth. Near perfect.
M: Very smooth with a slight tingle of the carbonation.
D: One of the top on my list for Hefeweizens. Definitely will buy again when it's available.
