Hazy golden color with a thick thin head with medium retention. Unusual for a Hefe.
Yeasty aroma with predominant notes of banana, also mild cloves and white bread. Hints of lemon-orange drops.
Flavor with notes of banana, orange citrusy, white bread and finishing spicy with cloves and its carbonation. When it got warm, bubblegum notes came out.
Light towards medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Refreshing and flavorful Hefeweizen. It’s a solid basic version with no fireworks. But I was expecting less; not bad at all.

My good experience at St. Gallen encouraged this purchase of a 600 ml bottle. Bought in Brazil but consumed in California, on to the beer:
Cloudy yellow and topped with an inch of creamy head. The aroma is yeasty, bringing lemons and banana to my nose. I taste a fair dose of lemon, also a lesser mix of common hefeweizen notes (banana bread, clove). It's medium bodied and gently crisp, and not only a solid hefeweizen, but by Brazilian standards good value for money.
