On tap at the Cervecería at 18th & Church. They describe this as a Belgian Golden Ale, dry hopped, dosed with Brettanomyces, and aged in wine barrels. Clear golden color with a bright spritz on the tongue.
The brett flavor is quite powerful but it's clean and inviting. There's a tang of tart barrel taste and a bitterish yeasty aftertaste. A little raspy but a dry, highly sippable and complex Belgian-influenced brew.
