This collaboration with the wonderful All Day Brewing in Norwich is based on our beloved Staffordshire Knot brown ale. Together we decided to brew a biggher American hopped version with loads of boil end Cascade, Centennial and Simcoe hops. The boy scouts of America call the 'Staffordshire Knot' an 'Overhand' knot. Thus, Overhand American Brown Ale is born!
