Cask: hand pulled in The Crown Inn, Oakengates on 7th Feb 2012.
Clear, lightish amber body: white foaming head that lasted the course and gave some good lacing.
The nose was floral and fruity.
The taste was interesting: a pleasant mix of flavours. Digestive biscuit maltiness with mild citrusy hops all jumbled together with a blob of yeastiness.
I've struggled with some Burton Bridge beers over the years but this one seemed fine.
