I had this beer on-tap at the DK Mountlake Terrace brewpub.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a dash of haze and a thin layer of white foam that leaves a dash of lace on the glass. Not too bad.
Smell: lightly sweet and grainy with a bit of classic sweet Belgian character. Nice.
Taste: grainy at first and then that nicely sweet, classic Belgian element comes through. Uncomplicated but good.
Mouthfeel: medium light body with a good carbonation and decent creaminess.
Overall: this beer just rubs me the right way. Simple but I like it.
